【Operating Hours】
The standard operating hours are weekdays and holidays with classes from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Saturdays and Sundays are treated as holidays.
Changes in operating hours or reception hours during entrance examination periods, summer and winter breaks, and periods of power or water outages will be announced on the new reservation system’s bulletin board and at the reception.

【Equipment Reservation System】
To ensure fair usage time for all users and efficient research planning, we operate a weekly reservation system for equipment.
Every Friday (or Thursday if Friday is a holiday), users from each research lab gather at the lab reception and meeting room to discuss and make reservations for the following week.
The reservation meetings are held at different times for each piece of equipment to avoid overcrowding.
(Please refer to the table below for the times for each piece of equipment.)
Please fill in the necessary details (such as research lab, username, and usage time) on the “Weekly Schedule” for the desired equipment and register your reservation information in the reservation system using a tablet or your mobile device.
However, obtaining approval from your supervising professor beforehand is a principle.
If approval is not obtained, please cancel the reservation promptly.
If assistance from the equipment in charge is needed at the time of measurement, or if you wish to apply for equipment training, please consult with the person in charge beforehand and complete the reservation and training application procedures.
