■2026年の予約会の日程をお知らせします。　Inform you of 2026 schedule for the reservation meeting.

※会場：分析機器管理室／Venue : Analytical equipment management office

※開始時間の10時を過ぎると入室できません。（遅刻厳禁）
　It will not be able to enter the venue after the start time of 10:00. (No late come)

■留意事項　Caution notes

・予約会の間は、予約会参加者が優先的に装置の予約ができます。
　During the reservation meeting, participants will have priority in reserving equipment.

・以下5装置は予約会参加者で日程調整を行いますので、利用希望者は予約会に参加してください。
　The following five equipment will be scheduled by the participants, so if you want to use them, please attend the reservation meeting.

　※FE-STEM、TEM120、SEM-EDS、FE-SEM7001、SmartLab(XRD)

・装置利用終了後、予約ページより実際に使用した時間に修正してください。修正しないと予約時間がそのまま請求金額になります。
　After use, please correct the time you reserved to the time you actually used. If you do not correct the reservation time, the amount you are charged it.

・実際に使用する時間で予約してください（キープで予約しないでください）。
　Please make reservations for the time you will actually use it (Don’t keep it).

・初めて装置を使用する方、講習を受けたい方は、担当職員と日程調整してください。
　If you are using the equipment for the first time or would like to take a training, At first, you need to coordinate a schedule with the stuff.
